The 2010 Race Directors’ Meeting and
Trade Show will be held on November 11-13 in Coral Gables,
FL
at the Westin Colonnade. Our hotel is located on the
“miracle mile” so consider spending an extra day and
enjoy the area.
Race directors, sponsors, and
officials from events of all sizes will register for
what is one of the sports must-attend gatherings.
We have another spectacular
faculty and program so we expect an excellent turnout
after last year’s very successful meeting.
The trade show
conducted over three days, will open for two hours on
Thursday afternoon (4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.), followed by
the MarathonGuide.com/World’s Best 10K Welcome
Reception. Friday at 8:00 a.m., the show re-opens and
goes until 7:00 p.m.
It concludes Saturday (8:45 a.m. –
12:15 p.m.).
The
trade exhibit provides our select group of attendees
with a chance to shop for their race needs. This is your
target audience. We expect excellent turnout given
advance requests for information. Limited exhibit space
will sell out early so don’t
delay and risk being turned
away.
The
trade show provides an ideal opportunity for you to meet
with key buyers of your products or services in a
relaxed atmosphere.
The cost for a basic
exhibit booth is $1000 for Road Race Management Members
and $1075 for others, and includes
one admission
to the meeting, the keynote luncheon, two receptions and
breakfast a $470 value itself. Exhibit space is limited,
so if you are interested, return the signed contract
and your check
to hold your booth.
